What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is the practice of assisting clients to identify and achieve life goals. It is not counseling or therapy, but more a future-oriented process to guide the client into new ventures and encourage them to take on fresh challenges. As a life coach, I use a variety of methods to sift through the process of discovering what your strengths and passions are as we together define a plan for setting and reaching your particular goals.

How Often Would We Meet?
2, 3, or 4 sessions a month, 50-minutes per session
Session #1 is an Intake Session of 75 minutes (billed as 50-minute session)
